She holds a BSc (Hons) in Botany, awarded in 2001, and has an established track record in scaling BPO operations and delivering structured, results-driven business solutions.
Since entering the healthcare sector in 2007, Hazel has worked in close partnership with private hospitals and consultants across some of the UK’s most prestigious healthcare institutions, including The London Clinic, Harley Street Clinic, Princess Grace Hospital, Royal Marsden Hospital, London BMI Group, London Bridge Hospital, and HCA at The Shard.
Under Hazel’s leadership, consultants have achieved sustained growth in their private practices through improved operational efficiency, stronger referral pathways, and enhanced practice performance. Her strategic approach and strong professional relationships with private GPs and referring consultants have played a key role in driving increased patient throughput and long-term practice expansion.
HE Global provides a structured practice management and clinical administration support model through experienced teams based in London, UK, and a dedicated shore office in Gujarat, India. Each consultant benefits from a dedicated account-based support structure, including a named primary coordinator and consistent secondary cover, ensuring continuity, governance, and scalable operational support.
